Our Worship Services
Saturday 5:00
p.m.—“The Open Door”
Sunday — 7:45 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 10:15 a.m. and
11:30 a.m.
With Fellowship Time Between Services
Adult Education Classes are also held at 9:00, 10:15 a.m. and 11:30
a.m.
On
Saturday evening our “Open Door” service can be
described as informal and contemporary. It uses an
intergenerational Praise Band to lead us in singing
music consisting of new praise songs, older praise
songs, and modernized hymns. After an inspiring and
enriching sermon from one of our pastors, we serve
communion each Saturday.
Our
Sunday morning services are more traditional with a
blend of some newer things. We use older hymns with
modern songs, formal liturgy with warm informality,
quiet contemplation with uplifting praise, and ancient
words with modern technology. These combinations create
worship experiences that are in touch with our Christian
tradition being made alive in the modern world.
